Residents can easily commute to Downtown, Arlington, or the newly expanded Kings Bay Submarine Base in nearby Kings Bay, Georgia.

There may be limited re-sales in North Jacksonville, but the many new subdivisions provide a variety of housing styles and price ranges in new construction. Pine Lakes Golf Course is one of the newer developments in North Jacksonville, providing lovely new homes in a country club setting at an affordable price.
